Andy Booth has 20 years of experience in the food and wine business. Andy''s career began in the 1990''s, with a seven year cooking stint at Arzak, a Michelin 3-Star restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain. During Andy''s tenure at Arzak, he became good friends and spent many a night with the restaurant''s two sommeliers, Mariano Rodriguez and Jose Manuel Hernandez. This resulted in a great wine education for Andy.

After Spain, Andy moved to California and worked south of Yosemite Park at a Relais & Chateau property called Erna''s Elderberry House. As time went by, Andy looked to get out of the kitchen, and he took a position as the wine manager at the Spanish Table in Berkeley. In 2007 he became a partner in the Spanish Table, and he now helps manage the two California stores with his wife Tanya.
Andy''s first sales experience began in the early 2000's with Kysela Père et Fils, LTD. of California. In a short period of time, he became the company's top West Coast sales agent. After a few years, Andy left Kysela Père et Fils, LTD. and took a position with Angeles Wine Agency, once again becoming the top sales agent.

When our national West Coast sales position recently became available, Andy jumped at the opportunity to enhance his career and knowledge in the wine business. Andy joined the KPF team June 15th, 2013.
