Made from 100% Prosecco grapes.
Steel tank fermented for 8 to 10 days, the wine is then
transferred to a tank for a second fermentation with
additional must, resulting in the creation of CO2.
It is filtered before bottling.
Pale light yellow color. Delicate fruity aromas, floral, honey
and apple flavors. Well balanced and light body.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is also a perfect match to
hors-d'oeuvres and delicate first courses. Also wonderful with
fish and shellfish.
