The finish is long, clean and persistent. Chilled, it is a
nice aperitif and a perfect companion to pastas, cream sauces,

"Beautifully
balanced, this white features apple, lemon and mineral aromas
and flavors. The rich texture is offset by tangy acidity as
this lingers with a graphite and citrus aftertaste. Drink now
through 2014. 3,000 cases made. –BS" -
