Burgo Viejo Rosado Wine is typical of the style developed in Rioja for years. Vinification has been improved to retain vibrant fruit and display colorful aromas when served. The wine has bright strawberry color and aroma, with hints of raspberry and intense strawberry flavors. A crisp and refreshing finish.
Enjoy it with pasta and poultry.
"A 100% Garnacha fermented in stainless steel with clean, bright notes if red cherry, strawberry and dried orange peel. As it opens up, notes of sweet tobacco and minerality come to the front of the palate."

"Deep orange. Displays aromas and flavors of a range of pith, cherry and succulent herbs, with a spicy nuance in the background. Done in a generous, fleshy style, with a warm, broad finish that echoes the cherry note. This hefty pink wine would be better with food than on its own. – Josh Raynoldss"

"Light ruby red. We love a flavorful rosé of Garnacha, and the Burgo Viejo doesn’t disappoint. It’s a fresh, fruity rosé showing a strawberry nose followed by red berries accented by tangerine citrus on the palate. Finishes dry with lingering fresh fruit flavors. 100% Garnacha fermented and aged in stainless steel; 14.1% alc. Burgo Viejo is a partnership of six families with 220 ha of vines in the municipality of Alfaro."

"Lurid pink. Displays expansive red berry, floral and spice scents that pick up a hint of licorice with aeration. In a weighty style for a pink wine, offering gently sweet raspberry and cherry flavors and a strong suggestion of candied flowers. Finishes smooth and broad, with repeating red fruit character and a hint of spicy white pepper. - Josh Raynolds"

"Light red. This all Grenache rosado from Rioja offers a depth of fresh red fruit seldom found in the pale-colored rosés that dominate the market today. It has the stuffing to accompany spicy food from the grill. Traditional in style, delicious, and incredible value!"

"Light, lurid red. Deeply pitched raspberry and cherry aromas show good power, with a hint of white pepper providing lift. Fleshy and broad on the palate, offering juicy red fruit flavors and a touch of blood orange. Finishes on a sappy note, with solid, spicy punch and cling. This wine's heft will allow it to work with richer foods while its spiciness and tangy cut will serve it well alongside lighter fare, but it's definitely a rosé for food. - JR"
