The Vineyard
The 600 hectares of vines are cultivated in
terrasses and are grown under a mediterranean climate. the
yield is controlled in order to produce quality wines. The
soil is very diverse and can be composed of schists, basalt,
limestone, clay.

Grape varietals: 75%
Syrah, 25% Grenache. Part of the wine is aged 4 months in
Oak barrels (1/3 new Oak, 1/3 one year old barrel and 1/3 two
years old barrel) and the other part is aged in concrete
tanks. The total ageing time is around 12 months. Yield :
35-40 Hectoliters per Hectares
Made from gnarled old vines
grown on limestone-based soil.
With an intense ruby color and perfumed aromas,
this wine offers blackberry, licorice, violet, some spice flavors
and a touch of smoked, toasted aromas; it
delivers a smooth and silky long finish. It will pair well
with grilled meats, cheeses, and pasta.
This wine will be able to age for 5 years minimum
