The Vineyard 
The vineyard covers
730 hectares (1,803 acres). The soil is a mix of pebbles, clay and limestone. 
Vinification
: Traditional vinification with a long maceration of 14 days from the moment it has been destemmed (harvested). Temperature controlled for fermentation. Aging in concrete tanks.

Grape varietals: 80% Syrah, 10% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre.
With an intense ruby color, dark berry and perfumed aromas, and blackberry, licorice and spice flavors, this wine delivers. Silky smooth tannins round out the wine.

A crisp, straight-ahead red, featuring raspberry and licorice flavors. Notes of spiced red pear mark the taut finish. Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. Drink now through 2017. 10,000 cases made. –KM
