The wine is produced at the Cave St Félix de Lodez, located in Southern France, 40 km from Montpellier.

The Vineyard The vineyard covers 730 hectares (1,803 acres). The soil is a mix of pebbles, clay and limestone. Vinification: Traditional vinification with a long maceration of 14 days from the moment it has been destemmed (harvested). Temperature controlled for fermentation. Aging in concrete tanks.
