The Estate
The property was founded in 1495 by a Land Grant from Chares VIII and has been in the Sarret family for fifteen generations. It is located in the Languedoc region on the foothills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Domaine de Sarret produces a range of well defined and focused wines with bright, forward fruit flavors, using state of the art winemaking facilities and methods.

2009 Sarret, Chardonnay 12/750ml
Vinification: night harvest. Destemming, pneumatic press, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature.
Aging in tanks and barrels.

Pale yellow color with green hints. Powerful nose of exotic fruit (pineapple, banana), honey, coconut. Rich, round and lively.

2007 Sarret, Pinot Noir 12/750ml
Made from 100% Pinot Noir from the Pays d’Oc, Southern France.
Night harvest; destemming, cold maceration; pigeage three times a day; malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Intense ruby red color. Fresh fruit nose of black cherry, strawberry and raspberry. Rich, smooth and silky wine, a supple palate with elegant and delicate cherry and raspberry flavors. A lovely Pinot Noir with a great structure.

Pairs well with poultry, ham, lamb, pork and creamy cheeses.
