The Estate
Neus olive oil is produced by Priorat Natur, a company founded in 1997 by two young Catalans and located in Pradell de la Teixeta, in the Priorat region. They started to produce nuts and cured olive and progressively expanded their production with olive oils, caramelized nuts, honey and jam. They also started to sell their products outside of Spain in other European markets and the USA.

Careful manual selection of the fruit, first cold pressing, purification through a decantation process produce a purity of flavor, reflected by the name Neus, meaning “snow” in Catalan. This extraordinary attention to detail has produced oil that has won awards in both Germany and Spain.  Savor the subtle yet distinct flavors, as you would enjoy a fine wine.
A complex, smooth, buttery flavor with pronounced hints of almond make this oil ideal for dishes that require a high quality oil with a slight peppery but sweet finish. Ideal for sauteing shrimp, use in crab cakes and liberally on salads.
