"Mas
Sinen’s 2007 Negre is a blend of 35% Garnacha, 30% Cabernet
Sauvignon, 25% Carinena, and 10% Syrah aged in mostly French
oak for 12 months. Purple-colored, it delivers an alluring
nose of mineral, espresso, pencil lead, lavender, Asian
spices, black cherry, and blueberry. On the palate it is
dense, concentrated, intense and incipiently complex. It has
enough structure to evolve for 2-3 years and should drink well
through 2022 if not longer."

"Dark and crusty aromas of black fruit, wild black truffles,
coconut and lemon peel are pure Priorato, while the tight,
tannic palate provokes salivation as it delivers firm black
cherry, dark plum and citrusy (lemon) flavors. Finishes with
coffee and coconut. The definition of a harmonious Priorat red.
Drink from 2011 through 2016. M.S. " -

"The
2005 Tradition is a blend of 35% Garnacha, 30% Cabernet
Sauvignon, 25% Carinena, and 10% Syrah. The wine was aged in
predominantly French oak for 12 months. Dark crimson-colored,
it has an alluring bouquet of wood smoke, slate, cherry,
blueberry, and plum. This is followed by a ripe, full-bodied
wine with intense, spicy flavors, well-concealed tannins, and
a long, pure finish. Although it will evolve for several
years, it can be enjoyed now and over the next 10-12
years."

"Deep ruby color.
Rich cherry and cassis aromas are complicated by smoky
minerals, tobacco and cola. Fleshy red and dark berry flavors
are given focus and grip by firm minerality and dusty tannins,
maintaining freshness and a sweet quality. Finishes clean and
bright, with lingering dark berry flavors and very good
length."

"The
2007 Coster Reserve is 50% Garnacha and 50% Carinena sourced
from 50-year-old vines aged for 12 months in oak. Aromas of
slate/mineral, espresso, black truffle, licorice, black
cherry, and plum lead to a dense, packed, powerful,
impressively constituted Priorat that will add complexity with
another 4-5 years of cellaring. Drink this pleasure-bent
powerhouse from 2014 to 2027." -

"A pure and intense rendition of Priorato. The nose is stacked
with minerality, smoke, ink and tough but regal black fruit
aromas. It’s powerful and concentrated in the mouth, with bold
cassis and blackberry flavors in front of a long, flavorful,
slightly lemony finish. Needs a few years to show its best;
drink from 2011 through 2017. M.S." - Wine Enthusiast (August 2010),

"The
2005 Coster is an old-vine cuvee composed of 50% Garnacha and
50% Carinena, the two original grapes of Priorato. It was aged
for 12 months in barrique. More fragrant and complex than the
Tradition, the nose is dominated by the Garnacha component
with its enticing cherry aromatics. On the palate, the wine is
smooth-textured, sweet, and layered with flavor. With superb
depth and length, this Priorat will be at its best between
2012 and 2025."

"Ruby-red. Ripe raspberry and candied cherry aromas
are complicated by smoked meat, anise and roasted coffee.
Deep, sweet and lightly chewy, picking up supple tannins with
air. Liqueur-like red berry flavors offer palate-staining
intensity but no excess weight or warmth. Finishes with
impressive cling and a suave echo of baking spices."
