Winemaker Hal Landvoigt
While working as a baker in college, Hal Landvoigt's fate was sealed when he was handed a glass of red wine a at a party; inspiring his nearly 20 years in the wine industry. Hal has spent his last 15 years cultivating his passion for wine and training under some of the Pacific Northwest's leading winemakers. Continuing to expand his wine education, Hal has traveled extensively through some of the world's most famed wine regions including California, France and Argentina. As the Winemaker for Pine & Post, Hal manages the entire winemaking process from vine to bottle.

75% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Franc, 4% Lemberger, 4% Syrah, 2% Sangiovese
A full bodied Merlot with bursting notes of cherry, mint and Thai Basil. The well balanced palate gives way to married flavors of blackberry, cherry, sweet tobacco and cedar box. A fine grained tannin structure is rounded out with lingering notes of berry on the finish.
