A classic local favorite originating from the brewpub in Athens, Ohio. 40% white wheat and 60% two-row malt create a nice subtle wheat ale. Natural raspberry puree (from Oregon) is added during fermentation giving this beer a unique and playful personality. The rosy haze and thick head embody a continuum of sour-sweetness held together by a wheat back bone.
