Perennial Meriwether is a Saison brewed in collaboration with Commons Brewery in Portland, OR.
This is a monthly release for October.
Perennial decided to use their respective Saison yeast strains in a 50/50 blend for fermentation. The beer is then dry-hoped with Hallertau and bottle conditioned.
