Clown Shoes Mango American Kolsch
United States - Massachusetts - Ipswich

Crunkle Sam, tired of being a mer anomaly as a most refreshing summertime Barleywine Ale, targeted a German beer style and bastardized it. He had us brew a traditional Kolsch, but made us add all natural mango flavor. Warning: This beer is NOT Reinheitsgebot!

A: Light yellow, cloudy. About two fingers of white foamy head
S: Strong mango smell. Can detect no alcohol
T: The mango is very strong, followed by hops. While the hops are not over powering, their presence is noticed.
M: The body is light, very carbonated. The mango hangs around a bit after the swallow, in a pleasant way.
O: I am pleasantly surprised by this brew. I did not have high expectations going in, but am absolutely loving the mango. It is light to drink, and would go well by the pool!

Light, crisp, mango, citrus
