The Fournier Family cider story started in 1943. Located in South Normandy in the middle of Dukes of Alençon province, the landscape offers a mix between green valley and strong hills. Apples and pear trees are growing up on the hills. It is in this typical and original environment that Fournier Cider is cultivating their orchard. The fruits that are selected give character, authenticity and quality to the ciders.
The cider Brut is produced from a blend of Normandy apples that are selected for their delicate and fresh flavors. Then occurs a slow fermentation.
The cider offers a yellow and limpid color. Fruity and elegant floral nose. Quenching, sparkling on the palate, fine acidity and slight bitterness. Rich, round and structured.
