Cask aged cider blended with bourbon barrel aged, rustic peach wine. A farmhouse spring delight, melding candied peach aromatics with tart apple skin flavors and a touch of vanilla.
Production Notes: 8 barrels of peach fermented/aged in Jack Daniels barrels with a secondary fermentation from house made candied peaches. Then blended with 22 Barrels of Goldrush and York Imperial apples with bright fruit forward characteristics. Bottle conditioned with house made ice cider.
