Rustic mead is fermented honey wine, crafted from local honeys blended with local water to create mead or local fruit wines to create cyser. Rustic mead and cyser are fermented in raw form without filtration or chemical additives, fermented with blends of native and cultured yeasts, and aged on lees in oak for at least one year.

Hopbrosia is crafted from wild fermented wildflower and clover honey, and dry hopped with local Chinook hops. Complex and resinous with a touch of hoppy spice and minimal bitterness. Gluten free.
