Late harvest peaches pressed and fermented with raw honey, aged in oak barrels, then blended with our aromatic cider. Fruity and tart with undertones of raw peach pit, skin and all that will surely quench a mid-summer's thirst.
Dry, Low Carbonation, High Acidity.
5 Barrel blend of peach mead and cider. 4 Barrels of Peach fermented for 8 Months and then adding Clover Honey to each barrel for an additional 3 Months of aging. Finishing the blend with one barrel of cider for balance. Bottle conditioned with residual sweetness from clover honey.
All ingrediants procured within a 150 mile radius of the cidery.
