Aromas and flavors of apricot paste, green apple, and white flowers with a satiny, crisp, dryish light-to-medium body and an interesting, medium-length finish that exhibits elements of canned pineapple juice, lime meringue, green apple, and apricot. Crisp acidity with a nice fruit balance, showing hints of green fruit and would make a nice counterpoint to a papaya salad."
