"The Brut Chardonnay (disgorged May 2017) includes 15% base wine that is barrel-fermented, 20% from the previous year’s harvest, with 45 months on the lees. This has a deep bouquet of green apple, hints of tropical fruit and a touch of brioche. The palate is well balanced with a creamy texture, plenty of Granny Smith apples on the midpalate and a touch of oyster shell on the finish. Very fine and very champagne-like in style.- Neal Martin"
