"With 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Merlot blended with Tinto Fino, this is not your usual Ribera del Duero monster. Aromas of breakfast sausage, fennel and bacon fat meld into lightly herbal berry scents. A fresh, forward palate is softened by creamy oak, while this tastes slightly lactic, with wood spice, hickory, bacon and blackberry flavors. On the finish, this mellows out and isn't too fierce. Drink through 2028."
