"The 2019 Liatiko Rosé Kedros is nicely dry and comes in at 13.4% alcohol. It was sourced from ungrafted bush vines in the Kedros area on the foothills of Mt. Psiloritis at 800 to 900 meters in altitude. Beautifully structured, this has a fresh and lingering finish but also nice depth and a complex overlay from the dry Liatiko. This is a fine choice for a red wine substitute in the summer. It seems serious and well crafted. It can be drunk on its own, but it is easily able to hold up to foods. Of the white/pink offerings this issue, this might well be my favorite, with the possible exception of the Muscat. - Mark Squires"
