"This winery, like others in increasing numbers these days, is putting its terroir front and center on the label. It's often the same wine as reviewed in the past (e.g., the Dafni) but just rebranded to emphasize its terroir. Some are new, though, like the Kotsifali Karnari and the Vilana Pirovolikes.
On the whites, the 2018s tend to be woodier, generally to their detriment, I thought, while the fresher 2019s have more purity. Then, there are the two aromatic whites, the Dafni and the Muscat. They have to be taken on their own terms given the powerful personalities. You'll like them or you won't. - Mark Squires"
