i winereview logo"Pink blush. Perfume of orange blossoms, rose petals and raspberries. An easy drinking, nicely balanced wine. Softly textured, it’s a great sipping wine. Add some seltzer water and a twist of lemon to make a pleasing spritzer. 80% Grenache, 10% Carignan, and 10% Cinsault. - Don Winkler"

jeb dunnuck logo 250"Light pink-hued, the 2019 Vin Gris Rose from the Corbières has a juicy, fruity bouquet of ripe strawberries, violets, and white peach to go with a clean, balanced, deliciously gulpable style on the palate. It’s well done and I suspect a good value."

wplogo"From early indications, 2020 was a very good year for French rosé. This fine example from Castelmaure zings with fresh acidity and bright fruit flavors, accented by a whiff of wild herbs. It’s a recent arrival to the market, so we should see increasing availability in coming weeks."

"This rosé opens with aromas of lightly spiced cherry, plum and strawberry top. It's a little light-plus in weight thanks to ripe fruit tones and soft acidity, all in balance and harmonized. The finish is clean, with a bit of length to a cherry-skin flavor. - LAUREN BUZZEO"

2020 Castelmaure Vin-Gris Corbières Rosé - 90 PTS - IWR

i winereview logo"Medium copper tinged pink. Dried herbs and the skin of red cherries on the nose. The attack is quite intense showing red cherry and cranberry and there’s excellent depth of flavor with a light herbal accent adding interest. Has enough depth of flavor to pair well with grilled ribs or other grilled meats. A blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Carignan, and 10% Cinsault."
