Couvreur Spirale Whisky
France - Burgundy - Bouze-Les-Beaune

The whisky was matured 13 years in Fino cask and 5 additional years in Spirale cask from Stéphane Tissot (wine made wih grapes dried on strew). It shows an amber color with reddish orange hues, round and mellow aromas of quince and raisins. Powerful in the mouth with a silky texture, deep energy, nice acidity and complex flavors of grilled almonds and orange. This is a very special whisky of outstanding concentration and a nice bridge between Jura wine world and Couvreur's whiskies.
