Maison Trenel is located in Charnay-Les-Macon, in Southern Burgundy between the Beaujolais Crus and Pouilly Fuissé. Trenel has built its great reputation since 1928 first in fruit liquors of Bourgogne and later in the wines.

The House of Trenel was created by Claude-Henri Trenel in 1928. Thanks to André Trénel, his son, it has become a real and respected reference in all good restaurants, whether in France or abroad.
This experienced man built the House of Trénel with hard work and sheer force of willpower.It has retained the print of its quality requirements as well as the specifics, which made it well known: its ranges of Crus du Beaujolais, its wines from the Mâconnais and its fine fruit liqueurs from Bourgogne.
The successors of André Trénel have kept the same specific products and the same quality requirements : Hervé de Boissieu manages Trénel, assisted by Bruno Chambe, nephew of André Trénel. Gilles Meimoun joined the team in 2006. He has been contributing ever since to Trenel thanks to his passion and love of wine.
The wines and liqueurs are still developed today in their functional buildings at Charnay-lès-Mâcon. Here, modern and efficient equipment perpetuates the tradition and reputation of their House.
