Varietal selections adapted to the terroir are used, with deep soils and sandy loam. All of this is combined with the management of the crops under concepts and methodologies of work of viticulture of precision taking care of the environment and low impact on agrochemicals. The harvests are manual, using boxes of 18 Kg, and picking when the grapes reach optimum maturity.
