Opulent, fruity and ample in mouth, this wine is attractive both with its ripe fruits aromas melted with roasted hints as well as its nice structure and elegant, pleasant finish.

"The 2019 Suau offers appealing blackberry, boysenberry and subtle ash-like scents on the dense nose. There is a little warmth to these aromatics, but not excessive. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins, crisp acidity and impressive structure. I certainly appreciate the freshness on the grippy finish on this Suau - a potentially great Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux. - Neal Martin"

"Guided by consultant Michel Rolland, this property has delivered a structured wine full of tannins. It also has piles of black fruits from its organic vineyard. Black currants, spice from wood aging and a core of dryness all point up the aging potential. Drink from 2021. - Roger Voss"

"This rich wine is already smoothly textured yet still has fine tannins that give aging potential. With its black fruit and acidity, it's ripe, smoky and likely to be very drinkable from 2020. - Roger Voss"

"The 2015 Cadillac Cotes de Bordeaux is a step up in price and is 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Cabernet Franc brought up in 30% new French oak. It’s a more serious, structured red and offers ample black cherry, licorice, and earthy notes, with plenty of background oak. Balanced, medium to full-bodied, and textured, give it a year and enjoy over the following 7-8."

"A firmly structured wine, dry to the core. The tannins feel extracted, giving some bitterness, yet the fruit shows potential juiciness. While it’s always going to be a severe wine, it should be a great food partner. — R.V."

"As one might expect in this vintage, the 2010 Cadillac (55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot) is slightly more structured, but it is clearly a modern-styled Bordeaux with a deep ruby/purple color, sweet black cherry, black currant and earthy notes, and slightly more noticeable tannins. Drink it over the next 3-4 years. "

"Warm, soft-fruited wine, with fine ripe red berry fruits as well as a gentle tannic structure. There is an earthy Merlot edge to the blend, along with the more dry texture of Cabernet. For drinking next year. — R.V."
