This is a brilliant wine with dark gold color. Aroma of dried fruits, honey, roasted coffee and caramel. Freshness and acidity. The wine is full-bodied and perfectly balanced. Long finish.
Terrantez, also known as Cascal, is an obscure Portuguese grape that makes rich, highly perfumed fortified sweet wine. With its layers of complexity, it ages very well. Bottled 10/11/2006.
