La Petite Frog Cotes de Thau White
Les Costieres de Pomerols
France - Languedoc-Roussillon - Côtes de Thau

This blend is crystal clear and pale yellow with an intense nose of citrus fruits (lemon, lime) and a hint of seawater. It is supple and light with an explosion of citrus aromas and a marked mineral taste.

Starting with the 2023 vintage, we reintroduced some Picpoul to the blend.
Several blends were tasted blind and the winner had 20% Picpoul, 50% terret and 30% Colombard.
