"Medium-deep ruby color; deep, complex dark cherry aromas with earthy, forest floor notes; deep, stewed cherry flavors with complex forest floor and spice notes; some oak and tannin; silky texture; good structure and balance; long finish. Very deep and complex Pinot with amazing structure and layered flavors. Needs time in the glass to really open up. I really like this Pinot and am really glad Brian Loring continues to source from Durell Vineyard. I can't wait to try this in another year or so."
