An aromatic white wine with an exciting, crispy mouthfeel, vinified by combining indigenous and international grape varieties perfectly acclimatized to the island.
Bright and lively pale yellow color. Mature aromas of grapefruit and stone fruit enhanced by a persistent presence of rose petals. Elegant and finely balanced with pleasant acidity and plushy finish.
Sea food, Thai or spicy cuisine and a large variety of salads.
"The 2019 White is mostly Muscat of Spina with 15% Vidiano, unoaked, dry and coming in at 12.5% alcohol. This has all those great Muscat aromatics (assuming you're an admirer and not a hater), a crisp and energetic edge and a delicious, juicy finish. At the price, it is a great value point in the lineup. It's a nervy wine with personality and refreshing characteristics. It's a perfect porch-sipper for warm weather. It has the structure to age a bit, but that's not really the point here. This is perhaps my personal favorite of the winery's whites this issue, but you do have to like that big Muscat personality. - Mark Squires"
