The Single Vineyard Selection range focuses on single site, small batch wines, highlighting the true characteristics of each individual variety. Each block is hand selected by our winemaker and viticulturist each year, choosing the wines that best reflect the strengths of each individual vintage.
Tawny brown in color. This wine exhibits lifted a nose of raisins, dried fruits and plum pudding. The palate is rich and viscous with roasted apples, sultanas and cream caramel the predominant flavors. The sweetness is well-balanced with clean acidity and gives the palate fantastic length.
This wine would be served equally well with sweet desserts or with petit fours and coffee.
"Medium dark red. With a sumptuous nose and a complex and expressive palate, this Tawny Port style wine offers layers of dried fruit, caramel, espresso and toasted walnuts. It has a lush, creamy texture and a lingering, sweet finish. Made from a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Touriga Nacional."
