Winemaking: double sorting , 100% destemming, pressing of the berries precedes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with regulated temperature. 100% indigenous yeast.
It traditionally pairs well with fish, seafood, white meat and provencal dishes, such as Bouillabaisse (fish soup). It is also excellent with cheese and "international cuisine", spicy Indian, Chinese, Thai, Japanese cuisine.

"From a great domaine, the 2017 Bandol Rosé (80% Mourvèdre and 20% Grenache) is, as always, made in a slightly richer style, and shows complex notes of cherries, garrigue, spice, and even a touch of earth. Medium-bodied, nicely textured, and length, it’s a rosé for the dinner table and will keep for another year or so."

"A solid effort from this seaside appellation, the 2014 Bandol Rose has lots of cherry blossom, watermelon, blackberry and floral characteristics to go with a medium-bodied, juicy and nicely balanced feel on the palate.
