The Chassagne-Montrachet 2011 is a pure golden yellow color. The nose opens on complex aromas with vanilla, apricot and spicy notes. Mineral and lemony character. Ample and round in the mouth, vanilla flavors and a sweet note of sap. Excellent balance, good power and fine acidity.
