Nice yellow golden color. Aromas of white flowers. Nice balance with aromas of white flowers, fresh fruit (apricot in particular) and some nicely integrated oak notes.

Wine Making Notes
Average of the vines: 35 years Soils: sand and pebble stones Night harvest in order to avoid oxydation and keep freshness and protect the aromas. Use of indegeous yeast. Beginning of the fermentation at 17 degrees celcius. After wracking, regular batonnage (stirring of the lees) in order to extract more aromas.
On its own as an aperitif, or with fish prepared with a light sauce. Also excellent with goat cheese or comté cheese.
