"This may be the first sparkling wine I have tasted from Argentina, a blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. There's a history of sparkling wines in Argentina, ever since Moet and Chandon began producing them in 1960, but you rarely see them in the U.S. This wine is straightforward, elegant, and crisp, with notes of apple skin and citrus oil as well as hints of lemon zest and brioche. Drink it over the next year."
