Domaine Roy et Fils began in 2012 with Marc-André Roy and Jared Etzel who continue in their father’s footsteps (partners of Beaux Freres Winery, established in 1991). Over 20 years later, the two families have kept the same focus of producing top quality wine through meticulous and almost obsessive work in the estate vineyards.

Dundee Estate is located in the epicenter of the Willamette Valley, a former hazelnut orchard that we planted in 2013 to thirteen high density acres of pinot noir and two acres of chardonnay, which we farm organically. A south facing hillside single panel, ranging in elevation from 400 to 600 feet with a volcanic soil profile embedded with basalt rock.
Carlton Estate is surrounded by an oak savannah to the south and east, we planted twenty-four acres of pinot noir and two acres of chardonnay that is farmed organically. The vineyard elevation ranges from 360 feet to 550 feet and has south and east exposures, with mineral driven marine sedimentary soils speckled with a unique occurrence of crystalline quartz.
The 2014 Maison Roy & Fils Petite Incline is not as “petite” as in the previous vintage. It shows the warm season and is all about ripe, opulent black and blue fruit aromatically. The palate has great volume and structure with enough tannin to age for 10 years.
