The Morambro Creek is a seasonal course that runs through the middle of the Bryson vineyards on its way to the Jip Jip Rocks Conservation park.
The wine shows a deep inky black & purple color. The nose is perfumed with lifted mint, blueberry, vanilla and spice with a touch of liquorice and white pepper in the background. Expansive palate, smooth lush ripe blue-black fruits, nicely balanced oak, plenty of concentration with a long finish.

Our Vineyards: "Our family vineyard is located in the picturesque and historic Padthaway valley, 300 km south of Adelaide. Our rich, fertile terra rossa soils, environmentally friendly viticulture, low yield and exceptional fruit is how we consistently produce outstanding wines. Small parcels of the highest quality fruit are selected from our family vineyard and handcrafted to create wines with amazing depth of flavor, style and balance..." ~ David Bryson
Winemaking Notes: Winemaking at Morambro Creek is very traditional and labor intensive. Oak maturation takes place using 35% new barrels both French and American. This blend was put together using select barrels from our family estate that best demonstrate the intensity of our fruit balanced by integrated oak.

"Mint, chocolate and plummy fruit appear on the nose of the 2014 Shiraz. It looks to be fully mature, with supple tannins framing the full-bodied palate that tapers into a crisp finish that echoes of cola, soy and roasted meat. - Joe Czerwinski"

"(aged in 35% new French and American oak barriques): Dark purple. Deeply pitched black and blue fruits on the perfumed, spice-accented nose, with suggestions of vanilla and mocha emerging with air. Round, sweet and expansive, offering sappy blueberry and cherry compote flavors and a strong jolt of violet pastille. A licorice note appears on the very long, subtly tannic finish, with the spice and floral notes echoing emphatically. - Josh Raynolds"

"Garnet black color. Rich melted toffee, strawberry-raspberry pie, watermelon gelato, honeycomb, and clay aromas are inviting with a satiny fruity medium-to-full body and a long, tangy pomegranate, tomato, praline, sour cherry, and passionfruit finish. A sensationally delicious shiraz that hits all of the high notes with complexity, power and finesse."
