The wine shows a deep ruby red color, complex aromas of black cherries, tobacco and cinnamon. A great concentration, well structured on the palate with soft tannins and a long finish.

Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 5 days, with alcoholic fermentation occuring at 27-29°C to better extract polyphenols from the wine. Post-fermentative maceration for 2 to 3 weeks. Once the wine has been blended it is smoothly clarified. Aging in French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months.
Best with grilled meats and stews.

"The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Uber Cuvée is 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah, and a selection of Fran Kysela working with winemaker Alberto Siegel.
