Each and every bottle has been hand harvested and hand produced.
Growing Season: 2013 was a near perfect growing year with an earlier harvest. Light morning fog clearing to sunny and warm days, while cool in the evenings. Fruit quality was superb.
Ruby in color.
Nose: Crisp fresh cranberry, red berry/ pomegranate, and black tea in the nose. Rose hip, pepper, wet forest floor.
Mouth: Light mouth, crisp fresh red berry, tart black cherry, hints of vanilla and tannin in the mid palate to finish. Silky finish.
