The Gasperini family has been producing wine in the prestigious area of D.O.C. Frascati, Marino and Colli Albani since 1909 following the most modern technologies and respect to tradition.
By 1909 the family owned Winery Villafranca Gasperini produces in its own vineyards located in the most prestigious areas of D.O.C Frascati, Marino and Colli Albani, particularly fine grapes. These grapes, after careful selection, are fermented at a controlled temperature with the most modern technologies in the respect of tradition. The wines thus obtained are of high quality, capable of satisfying the most qualified requests.
Playing as a small local company, today the company qualified its production targets, as well as restaurants and wine shops catering to domestic and national wineries, importers and extra CEE CEE. The growth of the market, followed by obviously more vineyards, equipment and facilities.
Today, the company has approximately 50 hectares of vineyards D.O.C areas. the most prestigious of the Castelli Romani, in 3 separate estates, namely:

Wine Making Notes
The clear juice is fermented for about 20 days at a temperature of 18 ° C. A proper maturation the wine is bottled under sterile conditions after microfiltration in our modern installations at the winery.
Excellent as an aperitif and paired with fish, seafood or white meat.
