Nuits Saint Georges was established as an AOC in 1936. It has 757 acres of grapes and produces mostly red wine (97% red; 3% white). Nuits refers to “walnuts in the area’ (not night, a common misconception). There are 41 premier Cru vineyards.

This Pinot Noir is medium to full bodied, earthy and mineral, with dark fruit flavors.
