The adventure began in 1923 when Lucien Fauchier, a man of letters and of the field deeply attached to his region, founded the Cave Coopérative le Cellier d'Eguilles to make the village a sustainable agricultural center by allowing the 90 founding members to pool their know-how and modernize their production.
For nearly a century, the Cellier d'Eguilles has been the beating heart of the village, of which it is "the oldest company".
More than 3 generations of winemakers have succeeded each other within this institution, each one of them having at heart to prepare for the future to pass the torch to the new generation who today are the pride of their elders.
