"The Bellisime Rosé is a pretty wine with a sweet floral/berry nose and a softly textured palate of strawberry, watermelon and pomegranate. It finishes with good length. An excellent wine to sip on the patio, but it has enough bright acidity and depth of flavor to hold up to fish and simply prepared white meats. 50% Grenache, 25% Cinsault, 20% Syrah and 5% Mourvedre made part saignée and part direct press. - Don WINKLER"

"I loved the 2019 Bellissime Rose from the Jaume family, which strikes a good balance between a lighter, Provençal rosé and the richer styled Tavel rosé. Revealing a more medium ruby, almost salmon hue with a great nose of salted melon, light strawberries, and white flowers, it has subtle hint of minerality, medium-bodied richness, a great texture, and a clean, crisp finish. It’s another beautiful effort from this team that can stand on its own yet also shine on the dinner table. Drink it over the coming summer months."

Fruity aromas of whipped strawberry cream, peach melba, rhubarb tart, and hints of banana with a satiny, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and an even, intriguing, medium-length thyme and lemon verbena finish with no oak flavor. A balanced and pleasing Rosé with big fruity notes followed by an herbaceous finish."
