"A village-styled wine of Tempranillo and native varieties slated for a fall 2025 release, the older vines used in the wine were able to withstand the heat of the vintage with grace under pressure. Just 5% new oak keeps it relatively fresh and balanced in rich, ripe black fruit and earthy tannin, letting its provenance speak. It should hit its stride in the next 3-5 years and keep getting better over the following 10 years. - Virginie BOONE"

"The 2022 Milsetentayseis is a Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero, also cultivated at the regional limit. Garnet in color, it offers intense aromas of herbs and cherries framed by subtle oak aging. The palate is dry, juicy and lightly compact, with an evident chalky texture, medium body and good depth of flavor. Like many Ribera del Duero wines, it will benefit from some time to soften the tannins. - Joaquín HIDALGO"
