Medium-bodied and with electric acidity, the palate offers a mouth-tingling phenolic bitterness before ending with along, lively finish. This isn't your typical white Rhône blend, as it displays an elegant and lively action in the mouth with succulent, food-friendly acidity without any flabbiness. "Cuvée Blanc is a new wine, based on a parcel of Roussanne that was planted in 2016 with support from 20% Viognier. Intensely perfumed, layered and surprisingly refreshing given its component varieties, it's a tangy, chiselled, almost Sauvignon Blanc-like white with notes of oyster shell, citrus, green fig, some texture from lees contact and 30% malolactic and a herbal undertone. 2024-28"

"Cuvée Blanc Reserve Cuvée Blanc is a new wine, a blend of 90% Roussanne, 5% Viognier and 5% Chardonnay; the Roussane grafted onto the trunks after the fires two years earlier (the roots are from 2016). Whole bunch pressed and raised for 11 months on the lees. It offers yellow plum, jasmine, broom and orange blossom scents, well-defined and demonstrating the same welcome restraint as the Viognier. The well-balanced palate has grapefruit and tangerine on the entry, a silver bead of acidity, and veins of lemongrass embroidered toward the long finish. Very seductive.
