Intense and expressive aromas of ripe blackcurrant, blackberry compote, and dark cheery. Underlying notes of graphite, cigar box, and warm vanilla from oak aging. Hints of cedar crushed violet, and a touch of coca powder add complexity. Full-bodied and richly textured with firm, structured tannins. Flavors mirror the nose: blackcurrant and dark plum lead, followed by layers of Mocha, black tea and baking spices.

Vinification
Grapes were hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, sorted carefully, and destemmed before a cold soak to enhance color, aroma, and flavor extraction.
Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with gentle punch-downs and pump-overs to balance tannin extraction with fruit purity.
Following pressing, the wine matured for 10 months in French oak barrels, with a significant portion of new oak to impart subtle notes of vanilla, spice, and toast. Extended barrel aging refined the tannins and integrated the concentrated dark fruit flavors, resulting in a Cabernet with structure, depth, and the potential for graceful aging while remaining approachable in its youth
