Golden yellow wine with greenish tones, its aromatic notes are reminiscent of stone fruits such as peach and apricot. You can also find notes of orange blossoms neatly combined with aromas and flavors of vanilla and spices, due to its passage through French oak.
Perfect companion for river fishes, lobster and chesse.

Very good and very good value. 100% Semillon, 75% fermented in stainless steel and 25% in new French oak for 6 months. Imperial Stag was founded in 2010 including a 2400’ high vineyard near San Rafael in the Argentine province of Mendoza. The Semillon vines are 25-30 years old."
