We produce a clean, balanced style of Chardonnay. To do this we source from excellent vineyard sites that are well farmed and we harvest while the grapes still have abundant freshness and acidity. We are also careful to not use too much new oak on the wine.
The nose displays Pear Blossom, Jasmine, and Honeysuckle. On the palate there are notes of Bartlett Pear, White Nectarine, and Apricot. The wine has a lovely texture and very well-balanced acidity. The light use of French Oak on this wine allows the fruit to shine!
