Spain - Balearic Islands - Vino de la Tierra de Ibiza

The ibizkus rosé wine is made from Mourvèdre grapes, from more than 40 parcels located in the San Mateo Valley (with clay soils) and the San José area (with sandy soils).

Beautiful salmon color. The wine shows a great floral character. In the mouth, it is balanced with freshness and depth of flavors, with a long pleasant finish.

"Almost amber in the glass, this rosé offers a bouquet of peach, Gala apple and slivered almonds. It has a sophisticated oxidative quality underlying flavors of Golden Delicious apple, hazelnut, rose petal and eucalyptus. Minty and floral notes stick around after the last sip. - Mike DeSimone"
