"This direct pressed, 100% Grenache is grown on the clay and limestone hillsides (les costières) bordering the Etang de Thau in the Languedoc region. It’s a beautifully packaged rosé with a light pink salmon color. It offers a light floral perfume and a mouth filling, nicely balanced palate that evokes tart red berries. Finishes clean, bright and with good precision. The HB Chevalier Rosé is made by the 350 member strong cooperative Les Costieres de Pomerols. - Don Winkler"
